Born with a milk allergy, eating out was always a struggle. However, the customizability of sub sandwiches made them quick-service staple throughout my life. After starting my career at Potbelly Sandwich Shop and learning what makes a sandwich great, I consider myself to be the premiere critic on the subject.

Must not include cheese
Yes I know cheese is an integral part of a sandwich but it's never been my thing
Sandwich will be scored between 0 and 100
No formal criteria as I am a holistic critic. Heavily vibes based
